I have felt like I have gained weight or found it harder to lose weight after I became vegan. Anyone else notice this?
I eat healthier than most 15 year olds.
I also walk for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening..Any suggestions?

Please do not tell me that humans need meat in our diets. Could it be that my diet was low in iron or vitamin b12. could there be any other causes? did you have any simliar experiences? or vegan tips? thanks

I’ve been a vegan for a little over a week now, and I’ve noticed that I seem to feel full a lot longer and I don’t feel hungry nearly as often as I did before going vegan. Perhaps eating whole grains helps, but I don’t know. Have any of the other vegans here experienced this?
