I have been a vegan for about ten years, but I am considering eating fish and eggs again because I have been craving them lately.

How can I started with a vegan diet?

I’m almost 17 years old, not athletic, nor obese, and 5′2”.
I’ve been taking a multivitamin and have managed to lose around 10 or more pounds in the past 3-4 months… but I need to know, if I become vegan, do I need to be taking any more vitamins besides my daily multivitamin?
