All I’ve found so far was either from vegan sites or from people who hate vegans. Scientific texts would be best, but a good, neutral summary would help a lot, too.

I am looking for a really nice vegan (food/treat) gift basket that is fairly inexpensive. I have attempted searching online, but all I get back are products I have never tried before. I would hate to send a gift basket full of crappy food.

I am in no way claiming it to be natural, I believe we here meant to be vegetarians, not vegan, or maybe eat small amounts of white meat.
